Sponsorship Opportunities
Each year Lazarus House hosts three major fundraising events as a main source of funding for the life-changing programs we offer our Guests. Your sponsorship can make a positive impact in the lives of so many individuals and their families.
Our three signature events, Hike for Hope, Drive for Dignity Golf Tournament and Sharing our Bounty Gala, are all highly-regarded and wildly popular with sold-out crowds at both our Drive for Dignity and Sharing Our Bounty.
The Drive for Dignity event is a not-to-be-missed opportunity to promote your business and connect with C-Level executives in the community.
Our Hike for Hope, a three-mile walk, run and roll is an excellent way to receive positive exposure in the Merrimack Valley while team building and making a real difference in people’s lives.
Lastly, our Sharing Our Bounty Gala is Merrimack Valley’s most highly regarded and anticipated event of the season. This event attracts over 400 charitable, cause-committed and kind-hearted individuals who all share in the belief of giving back to the community.

Honor & Memorial Gifts
Making a gift that helps others is an incredible way to remember an important person in your life, Honor a loved one or celebrate a milestone. Remembering those who have touched your life in a special way takes on a greater meaning when your generosity helps those in need.
Likewise, celebrating events such as anniversaries, graduations, weddings, birthdays, and retirements takes on a new meaning when you help to improve the lives of families.
Each Gift is acknowledged by a letter sent to the honored person or family of the deceased person in whose name the gift is being made. The notification does not include the amount of the Gift. However, as a donor, you will receive a separate acknowledgement for your own records.

Bequests
Including Lazarus House in your will or trust is simple. When you leave a bequest to Lazarus House, you are guaranteeing that the resources you build during your lifetime will continue to serve others after you are gone.

Tax-Advantage Giving
GIFTS OF STOCK
When you contribute an appreciated security that you have owned for more than one year to Lazarus House Ministries, you will receive a charitable income tax deduction for its full market value, and you’ll avoid any capital gains tax on the increase in value of the stock since you purchased it.

Donor-Advised Funds
A Donor-Advised Fund (DAF) is a type of giving program that allows you to combine the most favorable tax benefits with the flexibility to easily support your favorite charities. An increasingly popular charitable vehicle, DAFs are an excellent way to both simplify your charitable giving and facilitate your strategic philanthropic goals.

IRA Rollover
If you are 70 ½ or older, you may take advantage of the IRA charitable rollover. You can donate up to $100,000 to satisfy the minimum required distribution of your IRA account, while also reducing your taxable income. our gift must pass directly from your IRA administrator to Lazarus House.
