We serve our Guests through programs that include Food (Soup Kitchen and Food Pantry), Clothing (Thrift Store), Shelter/ Transitional Housing,  Community Resources, and Advocacy.

    Food Pantry Worker (Full-Time)

    • Schedule:  Mondays and Wednesdays: 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.; Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
    • Pay Range: $16-20/hour

    The Food Pantry Worker is responsible for assisting the Food Pantry Manager and leading volunteers to ensure the day-to-day operations of the Food pantry are running properly and are in alignment with the Mission of Lazarus House Ministries (LHM). Occasional overtime may be required based on the needs in LHM and the Food Pantry (seasonal holidays and weekends).  Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

    Major Gifts Officer (Full-time)

    Salary Range:  $80,000-$110,000/annually

    The Major Gift Officer is responsible for managing an assigned portfolio of current and prospective donors who have the philanthropic capacity to give leadership-level annual and capital campaign gifts. The focus in this role is to build long-term relationships between donors and Lazarus House Ministries to increase the base of high-level sustained philanthropic support in terms of both donors and dollars.

    Development Assistant (Part-Time)

    • Schedule: 24 hours/week
    • Pay range: $20-$25/hour

    As an integral member of the development team, the Development Assistant provides professional administrative support to further operational processes as well as achieving fundraising goals within the department.
