Director of Finance (Exempt)

The Director of Finance is responsible for all aspects of the financial operations of Lazarus House Inc. (LHM). Reporting directly to the Executive Director (ED), the Director of Finance provides accounting, investing, reporting, forecasting and budgetary information and recommendations to support LHM operational and programmatic needs. The Director of Finance collaborates with the ED, the LHM Leadership Team as well as LHM Program Directors/Managers to develop and fulfill LHM’s Mission and Vision.

Enrichment Coordinator (Full-Time)

Homeless children are more likely to have experienced trauma and its associated affects, they are also at greater risk than their stably housed counterparts of experiencing delays in development, trouble in school and problems related to behavior and social functioning. The Enrichment Coordinator will develop, implement and sustain an enrichment program that will support youth and families by planning, preparing and supporting related activities such as family events, field trips, and after school and evening programs.

Major Gifts Officer (Exempt)

The Major Gift Officer is responsible for managing an assigned portfolio of current and prospective donors who have the philanthropic capacity to give leadership-level annual and capital campaign gifts. The focus in this role is to build long-term relationships between donors and Lazarus House Ministries to increase the base of high-level sustained philanthropic support in terms of both donors and dollars.

Shelter Staff (Part-Time)

This position is responsible for providing support to guests in a Ministry based approach and ensuring the atmosphere of the emergency shelter is safe, stable and structured. Staff help maintain a supportive and consistent environment providing an atmosphere of dignity, respect and safety for all who enter the emergency shelter.
