Community Resource Specialist
Reports to the Chief Operating Officer. This position is the primary contact for potential recipients of LHM services. Functions include performing an initial needs assessment and referral to internal and external (community services) as needed, act as liaison with community agencies and perform as part of the advocacy team to ensure all who come to the door are treated with dignity and respect.
Pastoral Care and Education Coordinator
Reports to the Program Coordinator. This position is responsible to deliver the overall program’s needs to the guests of our HIV residences. Lead all work on a shift, unsupervised, co-ordinate all educational and spiritual activities for the residents and provide to the guests monthly trainings and workshops which focus on life skills.
Aides/HIV Residence Shift Staff
Reports to the Program Coordinator. This position is responsible to deliver the overall program’s needs to the guests of our HIV residences, through a team relationship with the Program Coordinators, Pastoral Care and Education Coordination leader and other program workers. This opening is for the 4 PM to midnight shift.
Part-time Shelter and Aids/HIV Residence Support Staff
Reports to the Program Coordinator or Shift Staff. This position is responsible to deliver the overall program’s needs through a team relationship with the Program Coordinators, Pastoral Care and Education Coordination leader and other program workers, on an on-call part time basis for various shifts and days. Work may vary between supervised and unsupervised dependent on location, need and skills.
