  • Real Estate
  • Mutual Funds
  • Closely Held Stock or Business Interests

For more information, brochures are available on many types of planned gifts. To request brochures, specific gift examples, or other information please contact our Development Department. Dennis McCarthy or Betsy McNally Leeman will gladly assist you. Dennis McCarthy can be reached by phone at 978-269-5213 or by email at dennis@LazarusHouse.org.

Betsy McNally Leeman can be reached by phone at 978-269-5207 or by email at Betsy@LazarusHouse.org.

A planned gift officer will work with you to ensure that after your lifetime your gift benefits the area of the Ministry that is most important to you.

The planned giving pages are intended to provide general information, not legal or tax advice about specific situations or problems. Consult a lawyer or accountant if you have legal or tax matters requiring attention.
